Ringing Up a Sale
When you click the Ring Up button it will bring up a screen where you can enter in the amount of the sale. After your amount is entered, it will display a unique QR code that identifies your shop and the amount. Your customer scans that and completes the transaction on their app. You will see when the payment is successful in seconds.
Customers & Payees
With the Customers & Payees tab you can see all of your customers who have used thier app at your location(s). It gives you all the information you need to verify payment details and add new ones manually.
Adding Users
In the Users tab you can set up your team for access they need and limit them to permissions they do not need. From your Bud Tenders to management, you can fully customize who can do what. Creating users will give them their own login credentials which also allows you to track their sales and tips.
Invoicing
With the invoicing tab you can create invoices to send for payment. Once your customer pays you will see it completed here. This feature is most commonly used with our distributors. When you send an invoice you do not have to wait for a check to clear. Your funds are direct deposited and available to use.
Sending Pay Links
Pay Links can be created and sent via SMS to your customers. They will receive a text with a link to click and complete the payment. You will see the status of the payment so you can get the order ready or send your delivery driver. Saving time on transactions that fall through.
Customer Outreach
The customer outreach tab is powerful marketing section that allows you to create promotions and send them to your Green Card customers in a few clicks. You can create campaigns and schedule them to be sent how you prefer in minutes.
