Hybrid processing gives you an edge when it comes to fees without upsetting customers. You may know it as surcharging. When you take a credit card from a customer they will have a small fee added to cover the cost of the transaction. If they choose to pay with a debit card then you will pay the fee, 1.00% and .25 cents.
From what we have seen this program can effectively cut your bill in as much at 75%. This will matter based on what type of business you are. Retail businesses with mostly card swiped transactions will see the biggest savings. While businesses that key enter more cards will see lessor savings.
We use Dejavoo terminals to distinguish between the debit and credit cards so you do not need to do anything besides put up our signage letting customers know what to expect at checkout.

As with any of our programs there are no contracts and we have a $15 monthly fee along with the conditional fees.
- $19.95 PCI Non-Compliance. Charged if you become non-compliant per month. We will help you resolve this immediately and get it refunded.
- .05 cent AVS Fee. Charged if you key enter a card and enter the billing info and CVV
- .10 cent Refund Fee. Charged if you do a refund on a card.
