Traditional Credit Card Processing has been around for more than 60 years. Traditional processing the way most people know it refers to how the fees are paid. In the 1990’s machines started to eliminate paper slips and processors starting charging merchants’ fees to take cards. The fees were extremely high. Tiered processing was some relief for merchants until true Interchange Plus Pricing became the standard. Interchange Plus Pricing is the most fair and transparent pricing for merchants.
Sadly, a lot of merchants are still paying 1990’s rates 30 years later. At Future Payments we are following industry leaders and spelling our pricing out clearly. We will charge you no more than .25% and .10 cents per transaction above Interchange. We have a $15 monthly fee. We do have a couple incidental fees you may see.
- $19.95 PCI Non-Compliance. Charged if you become non-compliant per month. We will help you resolve this immediately and get it refunded.
- .05 cent AVS Fee. Charged if you key enter a card and enter the billing info and CVV
- .10 cent Refund Fee. Charged if you do a refund on a card.
We have the latest technology that can help your business run smoothly if you need it. All of our equipment is marked up $50 above cost.
